DANCE CONDITIONING
All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Nancy works with you to make it work for you.
Bring a sense of humor, a desire to move, and a willingness to explore. Challenge your neuromuscular awareness and coordination with a weekly dose of Nancy’s original choreography – movement puzzles that set you in motion while building strength, flexibility, and endurance. (That’s where the sense of humor comes in – don’t forget to laugh while you’re learning!) Classes feature a wide range of dance styles and techniques that provide participants with an aerobic workout along with designated time for active assisted stretching, yoga, pilates-based mat work, barre work, free weights, and FUN!
Wear soft, comfortable clothes that allow you room to move. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Bare feet are great but if dance shoes are preferred, make sure they’re for studio use only (no street shoes allowed).
