Dance Conditioning

Be inspired! Get moving with Lexington’s longest running exercise program – a comprehensive dance class that combines a challenging workout with joyful movement exploration. A class that feeds both your body and soul!
Five Classes a Week with a Variety of Times to Choose From:

Monday Evenings / 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Mondays & Thursdays / 7:45 – 8:45 a.m.
Tuesdays & Fridays / 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.

Body Time

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
 

Based in the somatic principles of Bartenieff Fundamentals and Total Body Connectivity, Nancy’s BodyTime classes are designed to enliven a full-range of motion in the joints, strength and flexibility in the muscles, and proprioceptive awareness in the neuromuscular system. Participants receive individual attention and guidance in small classes conducted at a mindful pace.
